Service Description

A slower sequence of classical yogic postures that are held longer in order to feel into the state of the asana. We will start the class with a pranayama practice, followed by a slow warm-up and the practice of classical asanas. Finishing off with a guided deep relaxation that will make you feel shiny and new from the inside out. Variations of asanas will be provided for different levels of practices. Everyone is welcome! The class is held at a cozy private shala in Easey Street in Collingwood. Attend in person or on Zoom. (Very) limited spots are available. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class. Mats and other yogic props are available in the shala. If you're attending online, Zoom link will be sent to your email. Cancelation/rebooking is possible up to 2h before the class.
