Service Description
Start your journey to health - you are booking the initial consultation (90min). The follow up appointment (60min) happens one week after the initial consultation and it's included in the price. We will start with a diagnostic assessment rooted in the principles of yoga and ayurveda. Based on the initial assessment, you will receive a tailored yoga therapy program. During the follow up appointment, we will practice the program together and answer any questions that might arise, preparing you for the self-practice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling are accepted up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will be charged the full appointment fee.
